*Median sales price: $236,500
*Averages days on market: 32
The highest sales price in Armour Hills that year was $474,000; the lowest was $125,000.
A few more homes sold in 2015 than 2014, and the median sales price jumped 12%!
It’s good news for both buyers and sellers because…buyers want to purchase in an area where home values are going up (not down); and sellers want to continue to gain equity in their homes. I expect 2016 to be a strong year for Armour Hills homes sales as well.
